Celebrating Founders’ Day at Judson

Be sure to join us on Friday, October 25 at 10:00 am in Herrick Chapel for Judson’s Annual Founders’ Day chapel service. We look forward to celebrating Judson’s history and heritage, while also welcoming Judson alumnus and trustee, Mr. Bruce Strom ’87, Founder & CEO of Administer Justice, as this year’s keynote chapel speaker.

During Founders’ Day, Judson will also honor Mr. Bruce Strom ’87 with the Golden Eagle Award at a special invitation only luncheon. RSVPs for the luncheon are due no later than today, Friday, October 18.

The Golden Eagle Award is given to an individual who has exhibited outstanding service and dedication to Judson and the community, and the award is Judson’s highest service honor.

Join us in congratulating Bruce for his commitment to Judson!

Featured Speaker & Golden Eagle Honoree: Mr. Bruce Strom ’87

Bruce Strom is the Founder & CEO of Administer Justice which began in 2000 as a direct response to the prayers of Bruce’s wife, Helen. Bruce admits he got caught up as the senior partner in a successful law practice where he argued cases all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court.

Through a series of circumstances and the power of his word, God called Bruce to leave that practice, and join the ranks of the poor as he learned and served alongside them. While Bruce has received many awards, and published the books Gospel Justice and Persevering Power, he is most grateful for the chance to use the gift of a law degree to serve one of the least of these.

A graduate of Judson University and the University of Illinois College of Law, Bruce is also a pastor. He encourages the church, attorneys, and individuals to step out of their comfort zone and in the words of Zechariah 7:9, “Administer true Justice, show mercy and compassion to one another.”
