As we start the semester, IST will be sending out reminders that passwords are expiring. These will be sent out when the account is about to expire, and will provide the exact date the password expires. These also include specific links for how to reset it depending on whether you are a student, faculty, or staff member. Please follow the instructions there in order to ensure you are still able to get into the following sites:
- MyJudson
- J1 and Jenzabar Sites
- Library Systems
- Campus Computers
As reminder, the reset does not effect eLearn, so when the password is reset on the https://password.judsonu.edu site, it will be for everything except for eLearn.
If you have missed the timeline and can no longer login to MyJudson, you will have to reach out to IST at 847-628-5040 or come to the office on the 2nd floor of the University Center between 8am and 4pm Monday through Friday to reset it.
