As IST has had to put in place a password reset requirement, all users who have not reset their passwords within the last 90 days are likely to be locked out. If that is the case, the user must call IST so that it can be reset. IST is available via phone at 847-628-5040, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Central Time.
As a reminder, IST recommends that everyone who has a Judson computer restart their computer at least once a week so that important updates are pushed out to the computers. This will allow us to continue to keep our machines patched and free from vulnerabilities.
As part of some MyJudson updates, you may be required to clear your history and/or empty your cache. Below are links for common browsers if you are unaware on how to do so.
