We thank the entire Judson Community for your patience as we overhaul our Information Systems across campus this summer. A task this size does not happen quickly or easily, so we appreciate the time and energy that our teams have put into making this implementation successful. We are in the home stretch of the initial implementation and hope to have most of our vital functions up and running between July 12-14. There will be subsequent functions that will be brought online as we progress through the various areas of the implementation, so please standby for those to be initiated. Student Accounts
If you would like to make a payment on your account, please visit: https://myjudson.judsonu.edu/ICS/Student_Accounts/ (You will need to log in first!) and go to Student Payments and Online Bills.
Financial Aid
New & Existing Students: If you haven’t filled out your FAFSA yet, do so today at: https://myjudson.judsonu.edu/ICS/Financial_Aid/ (You will need to log in first!). Once financial awards have been posted in the new system, you will receive a notification to go into the system and accept your award package.
Registration
New & Returning Students: Registration for new and returning students will resume no later than July 14 and you will receive notification on how you can register for your classes at that time.
General Campus Staff
Some business functions are not fully functioning quite yet, so you may see a delay in responses, receipts, or monthly reporting.
