IST will send out emails regarding password resets that are necessary to comply with security measures. Password resets will be forced every 120 days. IST begin emailing all staff on or around Friday, July 7, to notify staff to change their password. Any password that is over 120 days old will cause the account to be disabled after the 21st. As a reminder passwords can be changed via the password.judsonu.edu website by putting in your current username and password and then changing the password at the bottom.
IST is performing system upgrades on our servers on July 14 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. This means that all systems will be shut down, which will include the internet, phones, file servers, etc.
IST will be finishing the phone porting within the next two weeks. By the end of next week, all phones will be moved over to the new system, meaning that at that time everyone dialing internally can just dial the 4-digit extension. There will be an email sent out notifying everyone of the change.
