IST will move equipment and update infrastructure on Friday, May 26, which will lead to downtime between 1:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. All systems will be operational at 5:00 p.m. If there are any issues after 5:00 p.m., please reach out to the helpdesk at ithelp@judsonu.edu.
We will be implementing password change requirements starting in July for all Staff. We will be enforcing resets for all Faculty and Students as well, but that will be starting in August. As we get closer more details will be available, however, everyone who is needing to change their password will receive an email from judsonit@judsonu.edu. IST will only be open from 8:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on Friday, June 9.
