Students and staff are heading to Oklahoma the day after Graduation on a Global Outreach Mission/Service Trip. The Oklahoma Team is excited about serving in the Native American community in Oklahoma City. Our partners at Glorieta Baptist Church have created an exciting lineup of service activities during the week-long trip.
The Judson team will be hosting 3 separate Outreach gatherings in order to attract people from the Native American Community. The team will focus on Middle School and High School students for one night. On another night, the focus will change to College Students and Young Adults. During the third gathering, the Judson Team will be hosting a community-wide Cornhole Tournament. In between the gatherings, the team will be doing Community Service Projects for some of the widows in the community.
The Scotland Global Outreach Team will be heading to Edinburgh, Scotland from May 14 until May 22. The Judson students and staff will be partnering with the Eric Liddell Community Centre. The students will be ministering to Dementia Patients living near the Centre.
In addition, the Judson Team will be painting and staining furniture in the Eric Liddle Community Center. The team will also be distributing clothing and food during their week-long stay in Edinburgh.
Please pray for safe travels for both teams. Both teams are excited about being the hands and feet of Jesus. The students and staff are very excited about how God will use their experiences to shape and form their spiritual lives.
