IST will have a campus-wide outage of all internet, phone, server, and related systems on Monday, April 10, from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. While the work may be done prior, all systems will be back up and running by 3:00 p.m. If there are any issues after 3:00 p.m., please put in a ticket to [email protected] as IST will be out that day, and will address any issues the next day. If there are any issues the following day, IST will be in the office from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and can be reached at 847-628-5040.
Judson IST also will update the university’s phone system within the next few weeks. Any phones that have been moved to the new system will lose all current voicemails. Please go through voicemails at this time and document any information before it is no longer available.
