During Black History Month in February, the Benjamin P. Browne Library is offering opportunities and activities to learn about and celebrate Black history. Activities will vary throughout the month and are designed to be completed as study breaks. Be on the lookout for them as you spend time in the library!
Be part of the Black Student Union’s movie night today. This week’s movie is Hidden Figures! Based on real people, Hidden figures highlights the story of three black women who worked in NASA. In a time when segregation was still present, this movie highlights the challenges they faced not only as black individuals but as women. Come out to Thompson and enjoy this movie with us! Snacks will be provided.
