As IST continues to increase security, we encourage everyone to restart their computer at least once every other week, which will help continue to push updates to everyone as we work to stay compliant. IST also recommends checking and seeing if there are any operating system updates for phones that are currently using DUO as well.
As a reminder that IST will be closed for the duration of the break (from December 19 through January 1). We will be checking email, voicemail, and tickets after we come back from break and will address them promptly once we return.

IST will have multiple outages that are listed below, along with the location of the outages, the time, and the date. Outages include any internal systems, including internet, phone and network drives.
