As IST continues to increase security across campus below are some important updates for the campus:
- First, if everyone can continue to restart your computer at least once every other week, that will help continue to push updates to everyone as we work to stay compliant. Additionally, for everyone who is currently using DUO, it is also important to keep your mobile phone’s operating system up to date as well to ensure proper DUO access.
- See posters around campus and some dorms about how to start a ticket and notify IST if there are any issues with Wi-Fi. As we finals begin, please continue to notify IST if there are outages or any other issues by emailing [email protected] or calling 847-628-5040.
