As you reflect on the last 12 months, please recall when you observed a coworker displaying exceptional customer service as it is time for staff and faculty submissions for the Distinguished Christ-Like Servant Award!
We ask that employees submit nominations to their University Cabinet member by November 11. The nomination must contain a description of the situation (the “who, what, how and why”), how the nominated person rose to the challenge of the situation and reflected a Christ-like heart of service. We are looking for specific examples of exceptional customer service. The awardee will be announced by Dr. Crume at the Employee Recognition in November.
Faculty and staff are also invited to nominate a colleague for the Employee Recognition Luncheon Four Commitment Awards! Get together with your department and complete the form found in MYJUDSON.

Nominations for each of the Four Commitments are due by Friday, October 28. One faculty/staff member will be recognized per each of Judson’s four key commitments. These four commitments demonstrate how the university lives out the brand promise of “Shaping Lives that Shape the World.”
