IST will be working to upgrade our networking equipment by upgrading our router equipment. This will cause periodic outages and intermittent connection issues on July 27 between the hours of 10 a.m. and 12 p.m. During this time, there could be outages that will affect access to any internal systems, which would include CX/Jenzabar, network drives, VPN, etc.
