Judson University will start a replacement plan for all Konica Minolta printers/copiers on Tuesday, July 12. The Department will start with Barton House and Lindner Tower, Second Floor, on Tuesday, July 12. When these installations are finished, the printer/copier in the University Center will begin its replacement on Thursday, July 14. The following week, IST plans to work on the printer/copier in the Thompson Center beginning on Tuesday, July 19. Cameron Drummond will contact other department chairs directly prior to working in new building locations.
Printers/copiers will not be available during the installation time. Once the new printer is installed, you need to select “Follow-Me-Printing on PEPPR01JUDW” from your workstation. This process should be completed by July 28, 2022. More correspondence will follow as the schedule is developed for each building.
We need your help! If you are using a Judson computer, the IST team needs you to restart (not turn off and on) your computer every two weeks in order to get automatic updates to existing programs, as well as important security patches to keep your computer and our systems safe. Please make this a part of your regular schedule.
The IST Department is getting ready to deploy Duo Two-Factor Authentication for Faculty and Staff computers at Judson University. You will receive an email from Duo with the address of [email protected]. This is a valid email that has a link to start the pairing process of your Duo Account with your mobile device. Please do not delete this email. The email will also contain a link to the guide that shows you the pairing process with screenshots for self-enrolling. More information to follow.
