On Friday, May 20, at 7:00 p.m. in Thulin Auditorium in Thompson Hall, former Piano Certificate student Sangwon Moon ’15 will perform an exciting piano concert of classical repertoire.
After obtaining his performance certificate from Judson, Sangwon obtained his Master’s degree from Northern Illinois University and recently completed his Doctor of Musical Arts degree from the University of Georgia. Dr. Moon will be performing works of Beethoven and Brahms, as well as Ravel’s Scarbo, considered by many to be one of the most difficult piano pieces to have been written. The concert will be free and is open to the public.
