Students, faculty, staff, and friends are invited to a groundbreaking ceremony for Judson’s new turf field and practice track in the Fitness Center at 11:00 a.m. today (Friday, February 4). (Note the new location!)
This new turf field and practice track that was announced in December will provide a home competitive and practice facility for the men’s and women’s soccer teams and will serve as a practice facility for the football and track and field teams. This facility will directly accommodate over 200 scholar-athletes from those programs and will also serve as an alternative practice and training space for other intercollegiate athletic programs. Recreational use and external facility rentals will also be prevalent in the facility.
