System Upgrades and Outages
MyJudson will be down for maintenance during the holiday break from 6:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 28, 2021, until Wednesday, December 29, 2021. This is right before Spring payments are due so please plan accordingly. IST apologizes for the inconvenience.
Network Upgrades and Outages
Information Service Technology will be working on replacing network equipment over the next several months. These upgrades will require temporary outages (no access to the network, phone, or wifi), but will only be for a short time. Refer to the following list of locations for network status:
LTOW floors 1-3 (upgrades are scheduled for Dec 20 – Dec 22)
IST Help Desk Holiday Hours
Friday, Dec. 17 – 8:00 a.m – 12:00 p.m. (closed in PM)
Saturday, Dec. 18 – Sunday, Jan. 2, 2022 – Closed
