As you reflect on the last 12 months, please recall when you observed a coworker displaying exceptional customer service as it is time for staff and faculty submissions for the Distinguished Christ-Like Servant Award!
We ask that employees submit nominations to their University Cabinet members by Friday, October 29. The nomination must contain a description of the situation (the “who, what, how and why”), how the nominated person rose to the challenge of the situation, and reflected a Christ-like heart of service. We are looking for specific examples of exceptional customer service. The awardee will be announced by Judson President Gene Crume at the Employee Recognition in November. (Mark your calendar for this event on November 16 from 11 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.)
