Doc Ryder Day of Serving is Monday, October 18, and we look forward to honoring the legacy of Doc Ryder through this year’s event!
During this special day, we invite you to recognize all Doc Ryder gave to Judson, by participating in the Doc Ryder Day Food and Clothing Drive. Doc was known for the extraordinary ways he continuously gave back to his community. By participating in this day-long celebration of Doc’s legacy, we invite you to not only honor his philanthropic impact but also make a difference in the lives of members of our greater Elgin community. You can drop off any boxed or canned food items or clothing donations outside the Reed Room at Lindner Tower. We also invite you to share any fond memories or favorite stories that highlight the impact Doc Ryder had on your collegiate experience and beyond.
Stories can be submitted using the PWI Storyteller App. To participate, simply download the PWI Storyteller app from your device’s app store. Then, provide your email address and search for Judson University inside the app. Next, select the topic Remembering “Doc”- Dr. Stuart Ryder then follow the prompts, record your videos, and submit! Judson will receive a copy of every story you submit.
