The RISE Program Welcomes New Staff Members

The RISE Program is pleased to welcome Alyssa Mitchell (shown right) to the team as the Vocational Coordinator. Alyssa received her Master of Social Work degree (MSW) from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and received her Bachelor of Social Work degree from Trinity Christian University. Alyssa is passionate about working with adults and children who are uniquely abled. Alyssa has also served in the Worship ministry in her home church, Light of Christ.

The RISE Program is also pleased to welcome Karen Karp (shown left) to the team as the RISE UP Life Coach. Karen received her Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology from Roosevelt University and is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). Karen received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Greenville University. Karen has a broad range of experiences with students with disabilities as well as worked with individuals requiring crisis counseling. Please join us in welcoming these new staff members to the Judson community.
