Staffing Changes in Dining Services

After five years of faithful service to Judson University in dining services, Susan Nawrocki has accepted a promotion to General Manager for Fresh Ideas. Susan will still be seen on campus as Judson will be one of the accounts she will be managing! With her promotion, Scott Brunsting will be stepping into the director role and as of July 1 will serve as Director of Dining and Conference Services.

In addition, Chad Nawrocki will be moving from the Chef role and will serve as the Assistant Director of Dining Services and will be the point of contact for all caterings on campus. Dining Services will be actively seeking a new chef over the summer. The goal with these changes will be a seamless dining experience this coming school year. In addition to all your favorites and bringing back some of our pre-COVID offerings, dining services will be introducing new dining concepts this coming school year.
