There have been many situations in the past couple of months, such as, a pandemic, social unrest, and uncertainty due to personal situations that may have left you feeling sad, hopeless, and unmotivated. Sometimes, these are signs and symptoms of depression. Are you wanting to learn more about depression, how thoughts affect your mood and ways we can learn to manage depression? If so, the Wellness Center is offering a four-week Depression Support Group to help you develop skills to manage these symptoms. We want you to participate in this free (virtual) group beginning November 2 from 10-11 a.m. Remember, groups count towards chapel credit!
