August 15: Student Leader Move-In
August 20: New Student Move-In
August 22: Returning Student Move-In – 12 to 5 p.m. 
August 23: Returning Student Move-In – 12 to 5 p.m. 

Faculty and Staff – use the updated schedule posted on the Welcome Weekend on Monday for room locations. Families, an updated schedule will be provided to you when you are checked in.

Due to COVID-19, we will be asking all students to sign and abide by a Community Pledge, Community Expectations and develop a Quarantine Plan. While we want you to see these forms, you do not need to print them off. Go to the Student Life Tab in My Judson and the HOUSING Section to sign these forms electronically. Students will be asked to wear their masks in the public spaces in their dorms, such as lounges and hallways, they will not be required to wear them in their dorm room. Students will be sent links to these forms when they are available.

Procedures: For returning students, we are asking students with last names beginning with A-L to move in from 12:00-2:30 p.m. and students whose last name begin with M-Z to move in from 2:30-5:00 p.m. For move-in, we are asking only TWO other people to accompany the student to assist with moving in to help reduce the number of people in the dorms at one time.

The Residence Life Staff requests that families make every effort to comply with the time they are assigned. Students may request to move in at a different time or different date by filling out the form found here. Students will not be permitted to move in outside of their time slot of this form has not been completed and approved by the Office of Student Life.

Families arriving for Move-In will be asked to complete an on-campus screening process prior to exiting their vehicles.
