Judson encourages faculty to use Microsoft Teams, which is free, for virtual meetings when possible. Please review the MS Teams informational document posted on our “eLearn(ing) Faculty Resource Center” course on eLearn. Judson also has an institutional process for Zoom accounts, which may be set up for $90/year by contacting Kristen Egan @ [email protected]. This expense would from departmental budgets, so please confer with your Department Chair on funding availability to determine if this is a good option for you. Once approved by the Department Chair, then please provide Kristen with your department account number to charge the Zoom.
Chapel will look different this year with plans announced at a later date. To provide a consistent meeting time, Department/Majors Meetings will be offered at the first Wednesday of every month. The dates for these majors meetings are below:

- November 4
- December 2
