Important Library Service Changes

Primo, a new way to search for books, articles, and other materials, will be available by the end of June. In the last couple of Campus Announcements, the library has asked that you collect the citation info (title, author, publication date, etc.) if you have saved or bookmarked links to sources in the library’s catalogs or databases. Hang onto that info. You will be able to update links to book records once Primo is available. Links to articles in the online databases will need to be updated later in the summer, after the migration to a new authentication software is completed. We’ll let you know when that migration is complete so the new links can be saved.

The library is now open to Judson students, faculty, and staff 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Monday – Friday. Face masks must be worn and physical distancing must be observed. Interlibrary loan services for articles are available. Interlibrary loan services for books are still suspended. I-Share requesting will not be available until sometime after July 6. When delivery is resumed, it will take about a week longer than usual to receive books because the books will be quarantined during the delivery process between libraries. Research Assistance is available via phone, e-mail, or virtual appointment. Library services are subject to change. Please see the library website for up-to-date information.
