Join one of the Wellness Center’s free Zoom Support Groups to obtain a different perspective, encourage others, promote self-awareness, enhance your problem-solving and coping skills, and simply connect with others!
Join us every Wednesday to discuss a new topic pertinent to the recent changes we’ve all experienced. We are offering three separate times for you to participate in a group. Zoom Group times will be held every Wednesday at 10AM, 1PM, or 5PM (central time). We will be updating each meeting link on a weekly basis for you to join upcoming meetings.
