Judson’s Division of Education will host its semiannual “A Day at Judson” seminar on Tuesday, March 3, in the Lindner Campus Commons from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
The speaker is Clare Landrigan, a staff developer who is still a teacher at heart. She began working with Tammy Mulligan 24 years ago co-teaching in an integrated first and second-grade classroom at the Eliot Pearson Children’s School in Medford, Mass. Now she leads a private staff development business, Teachers for Teachers, and partners with school systems to implement best practices in the field of literacy. She and Mulligan have written “It’s All About the Books: How to Create Bookrooms and Classroom Libraries that Inspire Readers” and “Assessment in Perspective: Focusing on the Reader Behind the Numbers.”
