Information Systems and Technology Holiday Schedule

University Staff, Faculty, & Students Over the winter holiday Information Systems & Technology wants to ensure campus technology needs are met. The following is what services will be provided over the winter holiday.
•          New Logins
•          Password Resets
•          Campus-wide Outages

The Helpdesk will respond to general inquiries and process the latter on the following days:
•          Tuesday, Dec. 17
•          Thursday, Dec. 19
•          Monday, Dec. 23
•          Friday, Dec. 27
•          Monday, Dec. 30

The Helpdesk will be checked incrementally throughout the day on those days at the intervals listed below:
•          9 a.m.
•          1 p.m.
•          4 p.m.
