Staff Invited to Take CliftonStrengths Assessment

Last semester University Council offered Judson staff the opportunity to learn about our talents and strengths using the CliftonStrengths model.

CliftonStrengths is an assessment tool rooted in positive psychology and administered by the Gallup Organization.  The goal of CliftonStrengths is to discover your natural talents and develop them into strengths in order to own who you are and release who you are not.

To date, we have had over 60 staff members take this assessment and begin to leverage their strengths personally and professionally.  To learn more, please see: https://www.gallup.com/cliftonstrengths/en/253676/how-cliftonstrengths-works.aspx. It is our hope that every staff member will take the CliftonStrengths assessment so that we can begin a campus-wide strengths-based conversation.

Therefore, we are offering FREE assessment codes to any staff member that has not yet taken the CliftonStrengths test.  Additionally, there will an opportunity to discuss our assessment results at a lunch and learn on Thursday, October 17, from 12:00-1:00 p.m. in the Alumni Room in the University Center (formerly Didier’s Den).
