Judson will offer Dave Ramsey’s Financial Peace University (FPU) class this fall for faculty and staff. FPU will walk you through Dave’s Baby Steps to financial planning and peace, which are grounded in Biblical principles for handling money. It covers topics ranging from budgeting, mortgages, insurance, retirement planning, and making a will, amongst a number more.
Class Details
- This is a 9-week (or sessions) course with each including a 1 hour video followed by activity/discussion (1.5 – 2hrs/week)
- It’s ok to miss a class or two as you can make up the session on your own
- Classes should being in November, taking breaks for holidays
- Your “subscription” gives you access to the online videos and other tools/materials offered by Ramsey Solutions for a full year
Class Cost
- $99/person
- BUT, the Judson Community Fund Committee indicated that part of the fund can be used to cover half the cost of FPU for all those who complete the course, which means…

- Cost after completion of course and refund ~ $49.50
