Jacob Lemming comes to the Eagles as the Offensive
Coordinator & Recruiting Coordinator after a trio of coaching stints that
followed a decorated FBS football career. He recently served as the tight ends
coach at Benedictine University and Defensive Coordinator at New Mexico State.
Prior to
his work at New Mexico State and Benedictine, Lemming served as an assistant
coach at Anthony Wayne High School in Whitehouse, Ohio, for the 2017 season.
While on the staff, Lemming coached the inside wide receivers and cornerbacks.
He also helped assist with game plan preparation and on game day was in
charge of signaling offensive plays for the team’s skill players.
Before
joining the coaching ranks, Lemming was a defensive back at Bowling Green State
University. As a member of the Falcons, he helped the team capture the 2015
Mid-American Conference Championship taking down Northern Illinois
before advancing to the GoDaddy Bowl against Georgia Southern.
Lemming
graduated from Bowling Green in 2017 with a Communications Degree and continues
to pursue his master’s degree in Curriculum & Instruction from New Mexico
State.
