Welcome Jacob Lemming to Football Coaching Staff

Jacob Lemming comes to the Eagles as the Offensive Coordinator & Recruiting Coordinator after a trio of coaching stints that followed a decorated FBS football career. He recently served as the tight ends coach at Benedictine University and Defensive Coordinator at New Mexico State.

Prior to his work at New Mexico State and Benedictine, Lemming served as an assistant coach at Anthony Wayne High School in Whitehouse, Ohio, for the 2017 season. While on the staff, Lemming coached the inside wide receivers and cornerbacks. He also helped assist with game plan preparation and on game day was in charge of signaling offensive plays for the team’s skill players.

Before joining the coaching ranks, Lemming was a defensive back at Bowling Green State University. As a member of the Falcons, he helped the team capture the 2015 Mid-American Conference Championship taking down Northern Illinois before advancing to the GoDaddy Bowl against Georgia Southern.

Lemming graduated from Bowling Green in 2017 with a Communications Degree and continues to pursue his master’s degree in Curriculum & Instruction from New Mexico State.
