Staffing Changes and Realignment for Student Success

Several staffing changes and restructuring efforts were announced by Vice President of Student Success and Registrar Ginny Guth during the last Staff Assembly. Below are changes that are taking place to better align our mission with our day-to-day work of serving students and the campus community:

Aubree Flickema is now the Dean of Student Life and Leadership leading our student life and student leadership initiatives.

Chris Drenth is serving as the Director of First Year Residential Programs collaborating with key contributors to develop intentional programming that aims to engage first-year students.

McKenna Haas is now the Director of Upper Class Residential Programs collaborating with key contributors to develop program that aims to engage second, third and fourth year students.

Rachel Hamann continues to oversee JSO but is also working alongside Doris Haugen as an Assistant Career Coach. She will be leading our partnership with Judson Connect, the new networking site to connect old friends as well has help students connect with alumni for mentoring and internships.

Heather Johnson is serving as the Dean for Academic Support Services overseeing ADA compliance, tutoring and continuing to advise a group of our nontraditional students

Maria Aguirre works as the Lead Academic Advisor for nontraditional programs.

Kat Hamilton is the Academic Advisor for our Associate of Arts Program/Rockford site manager and Rockford campus safety.

Jaimee Bartha is serving as the Director of First Year Experience and Persistency while continuing to lead our athletic eligibility efforts.

Caitlin Kiel continues as the Assistant Registrar for Catalog and Reporting but is also serving as our advisor for unclassified non-degree seeing students.

Chris Lashis now the Dean of University Ministries to lead our chapel programming and the overall philosophy of the University spiritual ethos. He will be meeting with students to provide pastoral care and counseling. 

Geoff Flickemais now the Director of University Production and the Football Strength and Conditioning Coach.

Tom Bienert is now serving as our Director for Global Outreach Coordinator overseeing our mission opportunities.
