Learn How to Practice Health Boundaries and Communicate Effectively

Students are invited to take the brave step of attending one of the Wellness Center counseling groups. The groups are always free and meet a variety of times and days throughout the week.  Any student that attends five groups in a row this semester will receive 5 Eagle bucks. The Wellness Center groups are an excellent way for students to explore how they function interpersonally and engage in relationship with others while working through individual challenges.  Studies show that students who engage in counseling groups find that they learn and practice healthy boundaries, develop higher levels of self-awareness, communicate more effectively, handle anxiety and stress in positive ways and interact with others in new and healthier ways.  Visit here to get more specifics for the groups this semester.
