Judson’s 2019 Winter/Spring Counseling groups started this week. Are you looking for ways to navigate relationships, anxiety or stress? Or are you wanting to learn how to support your friends and peers around campus? Counseling groups are an excellent way to examine how we function interpersonally and engage in relationship with others while working through our individual challenges. Students who engage in groups find that they learn and practice healthy boundaries, develop higher levels of self-awareness, communicate more effectively, handle anxiety and stress in positive ways and interact with others in new and healthier ways.
